User Roles not being saved when no roles are selected #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update any user as an admin user

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: When no roles are selected, no roles should be saved.
What actually happens: Roles are left as is before the edit.

this bug is known. it is a bug of CAdvancedArBehavior. This will be replaced by 
save-ar-relations anyway in the future. Thanks for reporting this (very long 
existing) bug.
