While the target audience is nurses, the DG could better specify between types of nurse. A head nurse may want the look up feature more while the entry level nurse would want to key in easier instead.

While developing the program, we came to the consensus that nurses tend to rotate their roles. Hence, it does not make sense to specify different types of nurses as all of them will have to do all of the above.
