If I am not mistaken (which I might be), this commit means that the code now requires Elixir 1.x since you relaxed the version requirement.

This PR updates the README accordingly. :grin:

However, it needs to be merged into the branch Elixir-v1.1.0. I'll merge manually. Thanks for noticing and submitting PR :-)
