ENH: add a live feature as an alpha version #149

This PR includes an alpha version of the live feature. The live feature allows you to update the data from EPICS PV via a WebSocket server. To use this feature, pvws: PV Web Socket must be deployed.

This feature is disabled by default. You must enable the live feature and set a URI for PVWS on the Data Source Settings page to use it.
