Add Authentication Configuration Instruction in README #79

I've add the instruction to configure authentication, and add a condition to skip the authentication in case the configuration is missing or in complete.

Thank you @joturako . Just in readme file shouldn't it be:

Remove the auth section to disable the authentication.

Rather than:

Remove the auth section with disable the authentication.
