Headlines not recognized by DW #7

The Headline tags (H1...H6) are now added, but DokuWiki is not recognizing these as headlines, e.g. for the TOC. They are still useful, but it would be better if a solution could be found.

Fixed now.

Actually, I was too quick, this does not seem to work as intended. May need some more work ... I'm reopening this.
