pg-copy-streams added to README #62

npm install pg-copy-streams should be added to the README, I think. I had to manually run that with the latest from the master. (It might get installed by brew install postgresql), but I already had postgres and didnt re-run that.

I think it should be fixed in recent versions together with build system being reworked. Closing
