Add substrate information

For the BMP data to be useful, we need to include a test x substrate level file with information on substrates. It should include:

• Reference key
• Substrate name or abbreviation
• Text description
• Particle size or condition
• Treatment
• Storage details
• Source
• TS and VS
• Empirical chemical formula
