This can be useful for other tooling, and will allow people to take action based on whether VEX is running.

The issue is mislabeled

You are pointlessly reformatting files

You are including other features that aren't related in the PR

You aren't including any tests for the feature (not that I would want them for this stuff)

You shouldn't be using github this way
