XINPUT1_3.dll missing? #180

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download OgreKit-executable-r943-win32-OpenGL.zip
2. Unzip
3. Launch AppOgreKit.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Installation program
Instead: Error XINPUT1_3.dll not found.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r943 on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

Did you install DirectX sdk? Because I thought that XINPUT.dll and other X 
related dll files belong to DirectX?

That is a problem with the binary.

There is some code that doesn't require DirectX.
