Leonardo (esplora/micro/yun) support is a pretty brain dead fix (and yes there 
are at least 4 varients using the 32u4 now). I noticed that PJRC fixed it for 
the teensyduino but not for the leonardo/esplora/micro-pro. Attached is the 
patched file. Not sure why this medium priority and also not sure why it is 
still an issue.

The above is in addition to the fixes that pjrc made at 
http://www.pjrc.com/teensy/td_libs_TimerOne.html. That library supports most of 
the arduino's, wiring, sanguino and the pjrc products. Given those changes then 
leonardo support is a no brainer.
