Bleached Verbose Mode and unit testing pollJobState

Intent

• Implement bleached verbose mode in RequestClient to log request/response summary without extra colors that may not be supported in some shells.
• Cover switching poll job state strategies with unit tests.

Implementation

• Updated logic in src/request/RequestClient.ts.
• Refactored import/export of types.
• Added unit tests covering switching polling job state strategies.
• Added unit tests covering setVerboseMode and prettifyString methods of the RequestClient.
• Updated README.md.
