Intent

Use GITHUB_TOKEN as an access token in github actions.

Implementation

Updated .github/workflows/main.yml.
Updated sasjs/utils/create_sas_package.sas.

Checks

[ ] Code is formatted correctly (sasjs lint).
[ ] Any new functionality has been unit tested.
[ ] All unit tests are passing (sasjs test).
[ ] all.sas has been regenerated (python3 build.py)
