Enable DISPLAY_NAME in sasjs service response #61

We need a consistent display name in the service response - currently it differs between SAS9 and VIYA.

actually - for SAS 9 - %mf_getuser() DOES return the display name.

For Viya, the display name is not available as a macro variable, and should be collected from the NAME attribute of the following endpoint, eg:

https://sas.analytium.co.uk/identities/users/@currentUser
