set DRIVE_PATH to current directory by default #174

Unless configured as an environment variable, the DRIVE_PATH should just be the location in which the server was launched

This will make it super easy to launch (just one thing to configure - SAS_PATH)

  1. Change DRIVE_PATH to SASJS_ROOT
  2. default to ./sasjs_root if not specified
