Deprecate Drive Page - Githubissues

As we are now supporting additional runtimes in SASjs Server (#184) we need to be able to run them in Studio

Thus far we have a slightly confusing situation in that you can edit / run programs both in Drive and Studio

Also, we are unable to perform file management in Studio. The two features should be merged!

[ ] Studio and Drive should be the same app (remove "Drive)
[ ] Studio will have the Drive on the left (similar to Drive)
[ ] Studio needs a file management bar with icons for Save, Save As (could be a dropdown)
[ ] The default runtime for Studio will depend on the RUN_TIMES setting if no file is selected
[ ] Where no file selected (freeform entry), Save is greyed out - can only Save As
[ ] If a file is selected, the runtime will be as per the extension (.sas or .js)
[ ] If not a runnable selection, we will display the file as a text editor (no RUN / LAUNCH icons or LOG / WEBOUT windows)
[ ] The Drive sidebar needs a right click menu for delete, rename
[ ] Alongside the RUN button we should have a 🚀 LAUNCH button to replace EXECUTE (for SAS and JS runtimes)
[ ] It should still be possible to link to a file, and have it open in Studio, eg: https://SERVERURL.COM/#/SASjsStudio?filePath=/sasjs/tests/MC0c47807cde954d4ff49e0912be7778.sas
