Intent

Update /logout route to /SASLogon/logout to be more consistent like sas9 and viya
CA certificates should be optional

Implementation

update getCertificates function to optionally return ca

adapter needed a small change anyway irrespective of this PR. But now we updated the logout path in this so, we need to change the adapter based upon this.
