We need a consistent place to store server logs.

Perhaps, $(SASJS_ROOT)/logs ?

There should be a new log file:

Suggested format:

SASjsServerLog_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.log

Where HHMMSS is the time that the log was triggered, or on hitting 00.00 on a day change.
