As part of this, we should also add the ability to change the password in the UI (https://sas.4gl.io/#/SASjsSettings)

• [ ] When user first logs on, they are prompted to change their password
• [ ] Later they can also change it from the UI
• [ ] Does not apply for MODE=desktop
