Add /SASjsApi endpoint in permissions #224

To make it faster to open up SASjs Server to many users, it should be possible to enable the /SASjsApi top-level endpoint to a particular user/group.

This would enable all the (configurable) APIs below it.

The same issue applies for AppStream.

If you GRANT access to say, /AppStream, it should grant for all (unless a specific one is DENIED)
