in permisisons box, make GROUP the default #225

It is best practice to set permissions at GROUP rather than USER level and so this should be the default option

group should also be GROUP or Group rather than Group (applies to User also)

also it would be great to make the ROUTE (needs renaming from principal) a multi-select (to avoid doing every rule individually for the same principal / type / setting combo)
