Closes #217

Intent

Write log to file with rotating after 1 day

Implementation

Using Morgan File logging New ENV variable added LOG_LOCATION defaults to ./sasjsroot/logs Code split into multiple files( into ./app-modules) for app.ts

Checks

[ ] Any new functionality has been unit tested.
[ ] All unit tests are passing (npm test).
[ ] All CI checks are green.
[ ] Reviewer is assigned.
