feat: add sasjsBuildFolder and sasjsResultsFolder to configuration

Intent

• remove buildOutputFolder and buildResultsFolder from the build config
• add sasjsBuildFolder and sasjsResultsFolder to the top level of configuration and targetJson interfaces
