Add missing features for @Profiles

@Profile can be added on @Configuration class => all components defined there belong to that profile
multiple profiles can be enabled at once => app.profiles.active=dev,pg
implement @ActiveProfiles => used on @Configuration classes for activating profiles (useful for testing)
