SID model in prefs #10

So, I added this option. Enjoy.

Great! Now I think we can set VICEPlugin as default. I also think Prefer 8580 should be default as it causes less distortion (meaning I will likely get fewer complaints from people saying things sounds wrong :).

OK. I'd be more than happy to see SidplayPlugin to go entirely, but a default is good enough for me. I do think that most people expect the default to be 6581, but that is far less important than the fact that the default would be VICE instead of libsidplay. And it is true, we need to teach people to appreciate distorted SID sound again, which may be impossible.

The VICE's 8580 model is also going to see a revamp, so the 8580 sound will change a bit, too. Dag Lem has seen the revectorized die shots, and has worked out the correct formula for 8580's resonance control, for instance (and it is different from what we had before). Dag is also going to measure the SID op-amp's open loop gain, which may add a little bit of subtle distortion to 8580, depending on the results. I don't expect anything drastic to happen, though.
