Migrating use details from sass-rails

@bolandrm Since sass-rails is merely a wrapper for this gem, can we update this README to contain some of the use details included in the sass-rails README and referenced in the rails repo? I made this PR for the rails repo hoping to keep the feature reference link to the readme
