The preferences "charge", "refund", etc should only be enabled if "Enabled cashier mode" is turned on. And then "charge" should be marked by default.

Also, could the cashier mode options be indented?

We need a "scan in" button in cashier mode in the upper right. When you click on it, it uses the same dialog to scan in the manager card: image

When in cashier mode, the 'sign out' menu item should be 'sign in'. This will simply go to the login screen.

When I am signed in as Bob Bossman, and go to preferences, and go back. I get the 'this device is associated with Corner Store' pop up. I should only get it the first time I login.
