Adds a keypad and options for the charge view

Looks awesome! Great work! See my one comment. Obviously some styling needed once we have that in place. Are we going to use button-energized throughout the app for the primary button?

Based on Jill's review, we will use a more muted green. Class has been replaced to reflect this.

There are still some styling issues which I'm guessing will be resolved when all is merged or something? Let me know about this.

This has been rebased. Fresh pull of the branch is recommended.
