Add Review accepts half stars #127

Hmm, did we agree we want this feature? Google maps and Amazon, I just tested, doesn’t allow you to rate something as half star. Is that what this PR does?

Yep, do we want half stars or should we leave it as is?

I don’t think it’s necessary. Most websites don’t allow a single user to vote half stars, however when many users ratings are average then displayed, it can be 3.5 etc.

would love to hear others opinions on this
