Custom criteria PlaceView #92

Full demo for PlaceView with elaborate custom category. Currently, dummy data only.

RatingDetail component uses dots for criteria summaries in main view. Data grid below picture and RatingDetail is responsive, non-total columns collapse at small widths. To see a numerical version of RatingDetail, click on a user name in the rating grid other than Amelia Duckworth.

I believe this is stale now. Solved by another pull request. Closing.
