Changes:

Readme feature fixes
- Resource representation -> Response format simplified (it was "Scalar function response format")
- Updated implemented features icon (checked) for reserved characters
Added license to package.json after noticing npmjs.org has "none" for license
Using absolute URLs to make them work on npmjs.org - most of them are currently broken
