Initial commit of getpathsplus.py script and update to getfolderid.py #119

• 1x script enhancement getfolderid.py = minor enhancement to return the createdby field when ‘simple’ output style is set.

• 1x new script added getpathsplus.py = initial commit.

Allows for the input of ObjectURIs in bulk!
Can return full paths (if requested with ‘-m name’) as well as their ancestorial folder locations.
Can return creator details (if requested with ‘-m createdby’).
Option (-o) to include the ObjectURIs in the output rows if desired.
An adequate level of error handling.

• 1x modification to a definition and 1x new definition added to sharedfunctions.py

getfolderid definition updated to include createdby, for use by getfolderid.py.
getobjectdetails added and is used by getfolderid.py and getpathsplus.py.
