When using validateViya.py, we sometimes need to run specific compute code for specific environments. Adding a parameter to allow for specifying an external SAS Program for use in computation tests

@mdrutar very nice! That was something I was hoping we could add. I will do some quick testing early next week and all going well merge the change.
