Keyword support #8

Currently, the keyword support is not implemented. This includes:

adding/editing keywords on pages/portlets searching by keyword to add content to a page, or a page to the portal view

the first part of this feature is implemented, ie. the ability to add/edit keywords on portlets and pages.

the ability to search when adding a page has now been added.

I'm going to close this issue and open one specific to the remaining task, search for portlets when adding content to a page.
