Change documentation link #585

Changed the documentation link from a version specific link to a link that always resolved into the most current version of the documentation.

All other documentation links I saw referenced the SAS 9.4/SAS Viya 3.5 documentation page which will stay current so I didn't change those links.

Thanks you David! Sorry I couldn't get to this before. I've only gotten back today from the past 2 weeks out and incommunicado. I'll rebuild and push the doc in a bit ... Thanks! Tom
