This project contains Ansible code that creates a baseline in an existing Kubernetes environment for use with the SAS Viya Platform, generates the manifest for an order, and then can also deploy that order into the Kubernetes environment specified.

docs: (IAC-1031) Add required files for new issue template #439
The viya4-deployment project could benefit from having a new issue template in place similar to what we have for the IaC repositories. Without it, there is no structure for folks to follow when they open a new issue.
Edited the IaC template to reflect DAC issue items and added code of conduct from IaC repo for the first draft.
