I have an issue where I have installed the Oracle driver (client) on the CAS nodes, but when trying to coonect to oracle in CAS, it says:

General error ORA-12504: TNS:listener was not given the SERVICE_NAME in CONNECT_DATA

I had to use the correct SID which is ORCL in aws.
