Suggestion: release a month tag (version) of this project and of the viya4-deployment project with tag name like SAS Stable version #283

Suggestion: have this project + viya4-deployment project in sync with SAS cadence version (such as 2024.02, 2024.03 etc.) I suggest to release a monthly version/tag of these two projects so that the monthly version of these projects will be in sync with the SAS requirements for that version. So for example, version 2024.03 of the projects will be inline with the SAS requirements for Stable 2024.03. This will make life easier to users consuming these projects.
