Changed the example name for additional postgres server in CONFIG-VAR… #309

@sandeepksaini PR #285 updates the PostgreSQL example in CONFIG-VARS.md. PR #285 is planned for upcoming release. Please take a look and close this PR as the example will be updated soon.
