-Add .gitignore. -Do preliminary validation of order number argument value to address https://github.com/sassoftware/viya4-orders-cli/issues/7 .

we decided to NOFIX issue 7 so i am going to abandon this pull request. i do still have a few other changes to make but will do so under a new pull request.
