XMPP support to reply to threads #108

Please provide any additional information below.

it would be nice that #IMKU would also echo a ThreadID and we could reply
to it via #XMPP, avoiding cross posting when using @USER, who already
posted to another thread.

The big question is what mark to use!
'#' is for channels, and '@' is for users.
Ideas anyone?

we have in sms used a format that smashes the first letter of the first few 
words
together to serve as an identifier, we could write an additional cache entry per
notification including that key so your replies could be @termie^fllak

not the prettiest format but it works pretty well
