Trying to upload a much too large background file results in exception #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://localhost:8080/user/lemonad/settings/design
2. Choose a very large file and save changes
3. Plain text page containing only "HTTP response was too large: 23495604. The 
limit is: 
10485760." Seems to generate an exception (the "Whoa..." page) on Jaiku.com.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

An HTML page explaining that the file was too large.
