ConvertToImage error with voiceidplayer

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to start voiceidplayer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The GUI to show up

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Voiceid.02 for OSX 

Please provide any additional information below.
- Running OS X 10.8.4
- Python 2.7 32 bit
- Tried with mplayer and mplayer2
