Print intermediate solutions #14

Apologies if there is an option for this that I am missing. Currently open-wbo will print some o lines every time a better solution is found, but won't print the solution. Can we make it print the solution as well?

Now that I read the documentation again I realise the o lines aren't satisfying solutions. I guess printing a solutions together with s lines makes more sense, and having a way of printing assignments with o lines might still be useful...
