Introduce new scripts for temporal fonts #21

Temporal, i.e., time-based fonts are generated by these scripts. Aptly name GoNotoAncient.ttf and GoNotoCurrent.ttf.

"Go Noto Contemporary" is a real mouthful, so renaming it to "Go Noto Current". Somewhat rhymes with Ancient too.

The existing scripts will be deleted later. Idea is to remove dependency on nototools since pyftmerge works fine anyway.
