Navigation button to table of contents #44

Adding a navigation button (to the Table of Contents) after long paragraphs can create a better user experience.

@GOItPadma thank you for this pull request, I did get the notification whilst I was away and admit I didn't get around to following it up yet. I think the use of a button is a step in the right direction, but I am really seeking a solution where each topic is accessed via a drop down menu. I am not sure if that is possible in markdown. If you have any further ideas please open an issue where we can discuss it further. Thanks!
