Correct adresses in french #13

Hey guys, I'm totally brown away by your Haiku generator. What a great project! Congrat to you all.

I suggest one small improvement: in french, the number of the addresses are always a the beginning of the sentence. Also it would sound more natural not having an uppercase for the type of ways.

Example of a current quote:

RDV Avenue Jean Jaurès, 100.

Corrected quote:

RDV 100 avenue Jean Jaurès.
