Question: Are you able to provide steps for building other plugins for Kodi 21.0-ALPHA1? #1

I recently installed the last supported build for Kodi for my TV which has WebOS 3.9.2. I would like to add the Simple IPTV add-on to it, but it's not included in the add-on selection and I am struggling to find a way to build it myself.
