Here is my list of new innovative ideas for developing a new web/mobile application.
Most of them are easy to implement and feasible project with very low capital investment and high potential
Technologies can be determined based on resources availability
Professional as Service (PAS)
My Initial thought was Health care as Service (HAS), Since Doctor: Patient ratio is predominately high, I come up with PAS.
Let's say
Tutor searching app: This app is for those finding tutors. It helps tutors take on more students as well. The categories can be defined by subject specialization, location, and fees, etc
House-keeper finding app, Bike Service, Car Wash, Salon, Legal Services, and many more.
Profit/other perks are subjective as it is new to the market
A lot of groundwork needed to bring people and professionals together
Soma's opinion/comment: Less feasible as of now, since we are early stealth mode startup phase, an extensive amount of groundwork would affect/break the program strength.
A healthy lifestyle web application targeting health-conscious people to track their habits assisted by registered nutritionists, pathologists and health coaches in order to ultimately lower the risk of lifestyle disorders
The application would be equipped with several charts that help the user manage their overall health- like weight, sugar, heart rate, blood pressure, etc. The user is also equipped with individual meal charts, lifestyle plans, nutrition plans as per their condition. It will also be integrated with a chat facility that allows users to talk with the community as well as health professionals.
Soma's opinion/comment: Already a lot in Market, the catch here is the Pricing, if we are able to provide an affordable price to the coach and the customers, it would be a good win. Also, we need to find a good training coach (Solid groundwork needed)
This is an existing model with a little tweak, a social carpooling mobile app which is aimed at grouping people commuting on the same routes. This app offers a chat option, where people can chat with each other or in the group to find suitable carpooling partners. Whether one is willing to travel to the office, airport, or a nearby city, this carpooling app introduces them to like-minded people, thus making the journey a tight affair.
Soma's opinion/comment: A very few competitors in the market (Mostly in Delhi )and if we do well, it would be a good success in the southern part of India. The model exists in US and UK
A person who needs fuel for their vehicle without needing to go to the fuel station. The person can select the location where their car or the app can tag their location. A fuel truck driver can navigate to the tagged location with the help of the inbuilt map in the app. He will refuel the car while making sure all the safety regulations are maintained.
Soma's opinion/comment: Only one competitor, since the model is not popular across global, and if we make it into production, a big hit, Solid coordination needed
Catchy, This app takes account of all the vegetables, spices and other eating material in your pantry or refrigerator and then based on that suggests you what you can make at home. It also gives you instructions as to how to cook a specific recipe.
Very easy to implement, very less cost.

A sister domain to Vivek's Symposium/Notice board project, create 50 templates and build a resume
Soma's opinion/comment: Possible, can do it. Easy project, the Only con will be its redundancy and static at one point, but the catch again is the Pricing, if we could offer 50 for Students and 100 for professional to build one single resume( I still believe it is an achievable goal), a decent victory. Addon could be 'Live Coach'

In this app idea, every user can create a profile and share their thoughts. It will require some minimum benchmark to give optimum visibility to provide the deserving idea of greater visibility.
Collaboration from the investor side will be essential before developing the app. A proper user interface to make investors find ideas they are looking for will be vital in making it successful. The classification of ideas based on the industry is one way of creating an interface.
This app can spur a creativity revolution like never before, a place where idea meets investors.
Own a Farmer - Never exist in the world, one of the kind, fresh concept
We live in a world where organic is the trend. But most people use even organic products with an internal conflict. They simply don’t know how it was made?
This app idea will create a friendly partnership with the farmer and the seekers of health. The greatest reason farmers switch to artificial means is the cost and difficulty in producing organically. And the solution is to let the fund and the farmers meet.
Our mobile app concept proposes – own a farmer scheme. The app allows interested users to form a group or act individually. The individuals or groups will then connect with the registered farmers. The farmer will be displayed based on the items he cultivates.
Soma's opinion/comment: The best ever, agriculture becomes corporate.
