Send extra headers to 4sq servers #117

1. for /checkin, /venues, and /tips, can you send (if available. if not 
available, skip it to save space):

 geolat
 geolong
 geohacc (horizontal accuracy)
 geoalt (altitude)

anything else you can think of there that might be helpful? ie, type of 
location fix (gps, cell tower, ...)
